On day one you say what you sell, and BrandFlow OS suggests the product types and their characteristics. Your lists stay empty until you fill them, in your own words.
Every day
Scan, pick the colour and size in a grid, take the payment on your own terminal. Quote, pre-order or sale: the same till, on a tablet or a computer.
The picking list says what to take and from where. An order can ship in several parts, and the client gets the tracking number by e-mail.
Showroom, warehouse, shops: each place has its own stock. Transfers, arrivals and stock counts are reviewed before they count.
Photos, variants, prices by client, composition and origin. Barcodes for every variant are generated at once, and labels print from the product page.
On the move
At a trade fair, at a client's or in the warehouse, the same app runs on a phone. Nothing to install: add it to your home screen.

Write to us. We open your space, you say what you sell, then you import your catalogue from a CSV file. Next you invite your team, then your shops with a link.
No. Their buying account is free, however many brands they follow. Shops that want to take payments in store add the shop till, at €14.99 a month.
No. Payment links run on your own Stripe or Mollie account, so the money goes straight to you. At the till, clients pay on your usual card terminal.
Computer, tablet and phone, in the browser. Nothing to install: you can add it to your home screen like an app.
The till keeps your quotes and pre-orders on the device and sends them as soon as the connection is back.
French, English and Chinese. Your shops see the portal in their own language, and each colour or product name is translated once and reused everywhere.
